The horizontal high-speed intelligent paper cup machine adopts an integrated layout of the top and bottom of the table, with the mold forming part on the table. The forming process is distributed around three independently driven rotary towers, set in a 4-7-7 manner. The main transmission part under the platform is connected by a curved indexing cam and gears for transmission. The transmission components adopt a closed box spray lubrication. The whole machine is controlled by PLC+servo motion, with full process photoelectric tracking and monitoring, and servo feeding control. Suitable for producing 8-22oz cold/hot paper cups or 11-43oz cold/hot paper bowls.
